It was just a smart choice for a quick break in Burford with a great value-to-price ratio. The breakfast was more than adequate, especially the full English which was a solid start to the day. Consider asking for a room at the back if you're sensitive to traffic noise.

We had a lovely two-night stay in a cozy standard double room where the breakfast was truly delightful, especially the scrambled eggs! The relaxing sun terrace and beautifully decorated garden made for perfect spots to unwind. Only downside was the bathroom could've used a bit more attention, but it didn't ruin our experience at all. 😊

Had a great time with friends! We explored the beautiful nearby Cotswolds and the charming village. The staff was friendly, and the dining was top-notch. Just a tip, if road noise bothers you, request a room at the back. Definitely recommend this spot for a fun getaway!
One downside was that my room felt a bit dark and tired. It would really benefit from brighter lighting and some updates.

The Prince has a lovely charm and is located perfectly near the top of Burford High Street. I enjoyed the welcoming atmosphere and the historical decor, which made it feel unique. The staff were particularly friendly and eager to help. My room had a cozy feel, with lots of character. I appreciated the generous portion sizes during dinner. the food quality was commendable as well. the shower pressure was pretty weak, which made washing up a chore. It wasn’t the cleanest in terms of dust around, and there was a moldy spot in the bathroom that definitely caught my attention. Noise from the busy road made it hard to sleep with the window open. A good fan alleviated some discomfort, but better soundproofing would help. The breakfast service in the morning felt underwhelming with key items unavailable. Improvements in the breakfast selection and addressing cleanliness would elevate the experience significantly.

Charming Atmosphere with Room for Improvement
Our special family celebration was honored with a delightful birthday card at our table, but the service fell short. Drinks took too long, and we waited over 25 minutes for dessert, leaving the kids restless. Great food, but more attentive service would enhance the experience.
